The event highlighted the importance of work-life balance and the impact of mental health on employees’ motivation and productivity.
Mobile VMS provides supportive and educational initiatives companywide. We embed all areas of mental health awareness and support in our daily procedures, interactions with colleagues and stakeholders, and toolbox talks on this vital subject are a regular occurrence. We also have designated mental health first aiders.
