Thank you to the SMP Alliance for amplifying our collective voice with a formidable Break the Bias panel discussion for International Women’s Day. There are so many amazing, resilient women within the highways industry who need more support, more acceptance and equality. We all have a role to play in challenging the norm and not allowing gender bias to be normalised in an industry where women are underrepresented. Mobile VMS aims to continue chipping away the stereotypes and breaking the bias.
